The curves

What quietly falls
between 30 and 70.

None of these levels drop overnight. They drift, a little each decade, until the same day costs more than it used to. Steady, clinician-followed dosing is about holding the line, not turning back the clock.

3040506070LEVEL · ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT TO SCALEAGENAD+GH PULSEGLUTATHIONEB12 ABSORPTIONSTEADY PROTOCOL70

Illustrative — not to scale. Curves show the direction of typical age-related change described in the literature, not measured values. The gold line represents the aim of a steady protocol, not a guaranteed outcome.

  1. 01NAD+

    NAD+ declines steadily.

The coenzyme every mitochondrion runs on. Tissue levels fall from the thirties onward, which is one reason the same workout costs more at fifty than it did at thirty.

  2. 02GH pulse

    The night-time growth-hormone pulse flattens.

Growth hormone is released in pulses, mostly in deep sleep. The size of those pulses drops sharply through midlife, and sleep quality and recovery tend to go with it.

  3. 03Glutathione

    Glutathione reserves thin out.

The primary antioxidant. Production slows with age while oxidative load from training, alcohol and ordinary life does not, so the gap widens.

  4. 04B12 absorption

B12 absorption falls, even when intake does not.

Stomach acid and intrinsic factor decline with age and with acid-reducing medication. You can eat the same diet and absorb far less of it.

  5. The gold line

Hold the level. Follow the response.

Small, regular doses keep a level steady rather than spiking it once a month. A licensed clinician reviews how you respond and adjusts. That is the whole idea, and it is the only line on this chart we control.

Each one is a compounded, clinician-prescribed medication with an honest timeline. Start with one. Give it a full cycle. Review with your clinician before adding the next.

NAD+ · Cellular energy · 2–3× weekly

Refill the pool every cell draws from.

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide

NAD+ is the coenzyme mitochondria use to turn food into usable energy and the fuel for the sirtuin enzymes involved in DNA repair. Tissue levels decline steadily from the thirties onward. Prescription NAD+, dosed two to three times a week, keeps the pool topped up without the monthly drip.

B12 · Absorption & energy · Weekly

Bypass the gut that stopped absorbing it.

Methylcobalamin

Stomach acid and intrinsic factor, the two things you need to absorb B12 from food, both decline with age and with long-term acid reducers. Methylcobalamin is the bioactive form, injected weekly so it skips absorption entirely. It supports red blood cells, nerve function and the methylation cycle your energy runs on.

Glutathione · Oxidative load · 2–3× weekly

Clear what the years leave behind.

Reduced L-glutathione

Your body’s primary antioxidant, responsible for neutralising the reactive by-products of training, alcohol, pollution and ordinary metabolism. Production falls with age while the load tends to rise. Clinical-dose glutathione, two to three times a week, closes that gap; skin clarity is often where members notice it first.

Sermorelin · Sleep & recovery · Nightly

Restore the pulse that happens at night.

Sermorelin acetate

A growth-hormone-releasing peptide. Rather than adding hormone, it prompts your own pituitary to release GH in the natural nightly pulse that flattens with age, keeping the body’s feedback loop intact. Dosed before bed. Deeper sleep and faster recovery are what members most often report, and they take the longest to arrive.

Markers we care about

What we track.
What we don’t pretend to.

You will not find a dashboard of invented biomarker scores here. A good longevity protocol tracks the things you can actually feel, and orders labs only when they would change a decision.

Sermorelin · Dosed at night

Most repair happens while you’re asleep.

Growth hormone is released in pulses during deep sleep, and those pulses flatten with age. Sermorelin prompts your own pituitary to release it again, in its own rhythm. Members most often notice deeper sleep first, then recovery. Expect eight to twelve weeks.

One of them is yours.

Pick the door that matches the first thing you want back. Each is one or two levers, priced transparently. Your clinician confirms the fit and you can add or drop a lever at any review.

Energy first

The afternoon comes back.

For the dip at 3 p.m. and the tired that sleep does not fix. B12 restores what the gut stopped absorbing; NAD+ gives the mitochondria what they run on.

  • B12Absorption & energy · Weekly$144

B12 is usually the first thing members notice.

Recovery first

Bounce back like you used to.

For heavy training, slow recovery and an oxidative load that has outrun your reserves. Glutathione clears; NAD+ fuels the repair.

  • GlutathioneOxidative load · 2–3× weekly$159
  • NAD+Cellular energy · 2–3× weekly$149

Give glutathione a full eight weeks before judging it.

Sleep first

Fix the night, and the day follows.

For shallow sleep and everything downstream of it. Sermorelin restores your own nightly growth-hormone pulse; most other repair depends on that window.

Add glutathione later if recovery still lags.

The twelve-month horizon

A year of NAD+,
three ways.

Longevity is a twelve-month decision, not a monthly one. Here is what a year actually costs, including the option that is cheaper than ours and why it is not the same thing.

  • IV lounge drip
    $400 / month
    $4,800/yr

Assumes one $400 drip a month, the low end of typical lounge pricing. Sixty to ninety minutes in a chair each time.

  • VITL NAD+
    $149 / month
    $1,788/yr

Compounded NAD+, clinician review and follow-up, supplies and shipping. Self-administered in under a minute.

  • Oral precursor supplements
    $60 / month
    $720/yr

Typical shelf price for NR or NMN capsules. Over the counter, no clinician, and oral absorption is variable.

Lounge and supplement figures are typical market rates and stated assumptions, not quotes; prices vary by city and brand. VITL pricing is the current monthly rate for NAD+ multiplied by twelve, billed monthly after clinician approval. Cancel any time.

Same four molecules, different frame. Wellness maps NAD+, B12, glutathione and sermorelin to the hours of a single day. Longevity is built for people thinking in decades: which levels fall with age, which protocol to start with, and how a clinician follows the response over months rather than weeks. Pricing is identical on both pages.

The first move

Decades are made of mornings. Start with this one.

A private three-minute evaluation. A licensed clinician reviews it, usually within 72 hours, and follows your response from there. Medication ships to your door if prescribed.
